This honing equipment offers precision cylinder honing for a broad range of applications and is available in both single and multi-spindle configurations. Ideal for flexible-duty applications and small-bore operations, the VersaHone vertical honing machine is available in two standard configurations for data collection capabilities. Customization options, including special fixturing and gauging and new automation features, including Allen-Bradley controls, make the VersaHone vertical honing machine the ideal piece of equipment for special applications.

Featuring a full servo drive system, Allen-Bradley controls, special fixturing and gauging options, the PowerHone vertical honing machine is well-suited for medium stock removal and/or small-bore operations. The PowerHone vertical replaces the previously named OTW-9000 honing machine. The PowerHone vertical honing machine provides long-term reliability for honing parts in the aerospace, automotive, defense, hydraulics and energy industries.

OTW’s UltraHone Standard vertical honing machine improves on the previously named OTW-V10, with a full servo version and Allen Bradley controls. This heavy-duty vertical honing machine handles high production needs and heavy stock removal for large diameter parts, with interior diameter capacity of up to 22 inches and stroke lengths up to 45 feet. The UltraHone Standard honing machine is ideal for a variety of applications in the aerospace, automotive, defense, hydraulics and energy industries.

For the heaviest stock removal requirements and highest production volumes, OTW offers a hydraulic version of its UltraHone vertical honing machine, the UltraHone XL. It features upgraded Allen-Bradley controls for simplified use and more consistent results. This piece of honing equipment is ideally suited for the aerospace, automotive, defense, hydraulics and energy industries, with a bore size range from 1.5 inches to 24 inches and a stroke length up to 72 inches.
